By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me prior to payment of the commission.PAYPAL ONLY unless stated otherwise. All prices are USD so please take into account any conversion fees.
You are required to pay in full before I start your commission.
As the artist, I have every right to use your commission as an art example/advertisement for future commissions. Private commissions are an additional 50% of the original commission price.
If you commission me, please be patient as I am a stay at home autism mama and life can occasionally get in the way of my work. Turn around time can be as quick as a couple hours or as long as a few months depending on complexity of the commission and queue length. If you would like it done by a specific (realistic) date, a rush fee of an additional 50% of the original commission price can be purchased upon order of your commission.
WIPs will always be provided upon request. That being said, it is your responsibility to inform me of any changes that need to be made upon receiving said WIP. No changes will be made once the piece is finished with the exception of obvious mistakes that I've missed from the reference.
If you've purchased a commission from me, it is to be used for personal use only! You are prohibited from reproducing/using the artwork commercially, taking credit for the creation of the artwork, removing any watermarks/signatures or altering the artwork without my consent.
If you cannot afford to commission me, please don't. There will be absolutely no refunds after I begin lining the artwork. If you request a refund after I've started the sketch, I have every right to alter the piece and resell.
IN REGARDS TO ADOPTS
You are required to pay in full before receiving said adopt.
If I feel as though I am being guilted into trading or giving adopts away for free, you will not receive anything from me. Period.
Once purchased, the character can only be sold for the price paid plus the price of any additional artwork or less.
There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS on adopts! If you cannot afford them, please don't purchase them.
IN REGARDS TO COMMERCIAL USE
If you would like to purchase commercial rights for an art piece that you've commissioned or a character that was created and designed by me (that you own) to be used for merch, ads, etc, you can do so for an additional one time fee of 85% of the original commission or adopt price. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask.
PLEASE NOTE:
When inquiring about commissioning me, please be polite. I refuse to draw for those who are disrespectful and I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
Art and characters created by me are not to be used for anything that contains hate speech of any kind. I absolutely will not tolerate this and you will be blacklisted immediately with all of your rights to that piece or character revoked.
If you choose to break any of my TOS, you will get one warning to fix your mistake. If you refuse to do so, you will be immediately blacklisted and lose all rights to commission me in the future.
By breaking my Adopt TOS, not only will you be blacklisted, you also forfeit all rights to said character and the adopt will be resold.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted, you will be blacklisted and prohibited to ever commission me again. I will also have every right to file a complaint against you.
Again, by agreeing to commission me or purchase any of my adopts, you are agreeing to my entire TOS, so please be sure to have read them in full!
